Denise Mainquist is the founder and managing director of ITPAC Consulting, LLC. Denise has over a decade of proven experience assessing and implementing Information Technology related projects, quality management systems, standards and controls. She is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), an Archer Technologies Certified Consultant (ACC), Certified Professionals in Health Information Technology (CPHIT), a Payment Card Industry Professional (PCIP), and was previously a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) for the Payment Card Industry for five years. Denise has experience in SOX, defining and auditing IT controls, computer validation, software testing, software selection and has managed implementations of policies and procedures, document management and retention and ISO 9001 quality management systems. She is experienced in using various control frameworks to define IT controls. Her industry experience is primarily in the private sector and has included work in commercial retail/wholesale, manufacturing, renewable energy, security monitoring, healthcare, insurance, banking and 16 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
